Resenha e Manto values customer satisfaction and follows the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code. If you need to exchange or return a product, check out our conditions:

1. General Conditions
• The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
• We do not exchange personalized products.

2. Reasons for Exchange or Return

✔ Manufacturing defect – Product with factory defect.
✔ Order error – Item different from the one requested.

3. Exchange or Return Process

1️⃣ Request the exchange within the time frame provided.
2️⃣ The item will be analyzed upon receipt.
3️⃣ If approved, the exchange or refund will be made.

4. Shipping Costs
• Order errors or manufacturing defects: costs covered by Resenha e Manto.
• Exchange for size or personal reasons: shipping is at the customer's expense.

5. Refund

If the return is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method, within the period stipulated by the financial operator.
